Our Mission
At CYC, we are
dedicated to providing our clients with the highest levels of quality in
assessing, creating, implementing, & evaluating personnel related instruments
and practices. We strive to provide these services in a cost effective,
innovative, practical, and ethical manner. The success of CYC is defined by the

Founders
Keith Credo
has experience in organizational change and development and the assessment and
redesign of training/selection systems. His research interests
include organizational change implementation, team dynamics and performance,
organizational ethics, employee engagement, and assessment of job performance
and job satisfaction. Keith received his MBA as well as his M.S. in Industrial/
Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of technology, and his BA from
Tulane University. He has worked with a wide array of organizations including
General Electric, the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAVAIR), Training Systems
Division, Regions and AmSouth banks, and Subway Sandwiches.
Rob Young
received his B.S. from the University of
Alabama and his M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida
Institute of Technology. His
research interests include employee engagement, performance under stress, and team interactions. He
has previously worked with organizations such as the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAVAIR),
the Walt Disney Company, Kmart, and SUBWAY on a variety of tasks including the
development and implementation of selection tools, performance appraisal
systems, and organizational culture assessments.
